Biography
Managing Partner of SHL Portugal, Susana Almeida Lopes is recognised as one of the Most Innovative Individuals by the Financial Times.
He has over 25 years' experience in HR strategy and change management, assessment, people analytics and organisational transformation in various sectors.
She is a psychologist with a PhD in Organisational Psychology. Lecturer and researcher at ISEG.
He has led award-winning innovation projects on topics such as talent management, AI applied to people management and gender equality.
Before heading SHL, he was a member of Vieira de Almeida's Executive Committee, where he headed the Organisational Development area, VdA Academia and the Legal Analytics Bureau.
