We help young people, at key moments in their career, to make decisions that are more in line with their characteristics, interests and motivations. Our method combines assessment with personalised support from psychologists who work with companies on a daily basis and know the labour market well.
More than answering the question “Which course to choose?”, this process promotes self-knowledge, reflection and autonomy in building a career.
