Through our ESG plan, active participation in initiatives such as the iGen Forum and membership of GRACE, we contribute our time and dedication to a fairer, more equal and sustainable society.
SHL Portugal is part of the GRACE - Association of Responsible Companies, since 2019. GRACE is a non-profit public benefit business association that works in the areas of Social Responsibility and Sustainability. A member of the European networks EVPA and CSR Europe, it supports companies in their transformation and search for practical solutions for sustainable growth.
The members of the iGen - Organisations for Equality Forum have made a commitment to strengthen and highlight their organisational culture of social responsibility by incorporating the principles of equality between women and men at work and in employment into their strategies and management models.
The Executive Programme Women on Boards aims to prepare female executives from private and public sector companies who have the potential to join management and supervisory bodies, or who already belong to these bodies and wish to develop their skills, in a context of Fit-and-Proper.
This programme combines a theoretical and practical approach to the management, legal and behavioural issues essential to the performance of duties in management and supervisory bodies with a strong active and participatory learning component, which can be adapted to the specific needs of the trainees.
