She has a PhD from the Faculty of Psychology of the University of Lisbon, specialising in Human Resources, Work and Organisational Psychology.
Visiting Professor at the Faculty of Psychology of the University of Lisbon.
Professional Licence No. 1425 issued by the Portuguese Psychologists' Association. Recognised as a Specialist in Work, Social and Organisational Psychology by the Portuguese Psychologists' Association. Member of the National Council of Psychologists of the Order of Portuguese Psychologists.
