The Competency Assessment Interview course systematises the knowledge needed to use this technique in practice.

This course prepares participants to conduct competency assessment interviews.

They will be able to use the Universal Competence Framework (UCF), build structured interview scripts based on the competences to be assessed, practise mock interviews and make objective decisions based on the information gathered in the interview. At the end of the course, you will receive an Interview Guide from SHL's Universal Competency Framework (UCF).

Develop and apply the skills to conduct structured competency assessment interviews;
Self-evaluate your ability to conduct interviews and improve the way you conduct them;
Identify the strengths and limitations of different types of interviews;
Identify and minimise obstacles to fair and objective evaluation;
Carry out interviews and evaluate the information gathered in relation to a competency model in order to make appropriate decisions.
