We carried out a comprehensive survey with 125 managers from various organisations in Portugal and assessed the skills of more than 2000 employees and candidates. We have analysed data, identified trends and drawn up a clear picture of the essential competences for the present and the future. This white paper is the essential guide for anyone who wants to navigate successfully in an ever-changing professional world. 

The project was coordinated by the Research & Development from SHL Portugal. O ISEG contributed to the analysis of the data from the perspective of the impact on the organisations. A VdA realised the legal framework of present and future challenges.
