The DEI course - A Pillar of Sustainability: From Theory to Practice enables participants to understand, apply and promote diversity, equity and inclusion in organisations, with a view to creating more welcoming, productive and sustainable working environments.

DEI in the organisational context;
DEI metrics and indicators;
Employee resource groups (ERG);
Building diversity plans.

Objectives

Understand the concepts of diversity, equity and inclusion and their importance in society and companies;
Recognise stereotypes and biases and identify those that exist in the organisation;
Explore practical examples of inclusion of different social groups;
Use inclusive language;
Understand the importance of DEI in organisations and its relationship with Employer Branding and return on investment (ROI);
Learn strategies to promote DEI in practice, leadership and HR;
Use metrics and indicators to evaluate DEI efforts;
Create Employee Resource Groups (ERG) to drive DEI initiatives;
Build an effective action plan to promote diversity, equity and inclusion.
