With over 25 years' experience in Work and Organisational Psychology, Raquel Andrade has been with SHL Portugal since 2001, where she runs the Porto office.

She has a degree in Social and Labour Psychology from Fernando Pessoa University and a postgraduate degree in Management from the Catholic University of Porto.

Throughout her career, she has led recruitment and selection projects, assessment & development centres, organisational development, change management, performance management and coaching. She is certified by European Coaching Association.

She is also a trainer and speaker at seminars and events on leadership, potential and talent development, and a lecturer at ISEG's Postgraduate Programme in Strategic HR Practices.
