Biography

Paula Calmeiro, Head of Recruitment & Career Coach at SHL Portugal, is responsible for coordinating the various projects in these areas. She is also part of the Assessment team, where she collaborates in various Assessment & Development Centre processes. She has thus consolidated her experience in applying different types of assessment tools with the aim of helping companies implement changes, make decisions and develop their employees.

She is an Assistant Professor at ISEG, on the Strategic HR Practices postgraduate course at IDEFE - ISEG Executive Education.
