Executive Master's in HRM Transformation - an executive master's for HR managers and leaders who want to (re)define the future of people management.

ISEG's 1st Executive Master's Degree starts in September 2026, entirely dedicated to experienced HR professionals who want to transform the way they lead and manage people in their organisations. This is an official master's programme, conferring a master's degree.

The Executive Master's programme is taught in Portuguese, although it may include some classes in English and/or provide support materials in that language.
