Biography
He coordinates strategic projects for digital transformation and innovation in people management, with a focus on leadership transformation, reskilling e upskilling and application of artificial intelligence and analytics, in particular in the creation of dashboards and People Analytics projects to mitigate bias in assessment, recruitment and selection processes. The projects it develops are taylor made and carried out in close collaboration with internal teams, which gives us in-depth knowledge of the market and challenges in various sectors.
She has a degree in Organisational Psychology and is currently a PhD candidate in People Analytics at Nova Information Management School (since 2024), where she also completed a postgraduate course in Digital Enterprise Management (2021). She holds a master's degree in Social and Organisational Psychology from ISPA-Instituto Universitário (2018).
He teaches at ISEG (Master's in Human Resources Management, subject Change Management) and on the Strategic HR Practices postgraduate course at IDEFE - ISEG Executive Education.
