Workshop Neuroscience of Influence explores the fundamental principles of neuroscience applied to influence and persuasion.
It starts from the way the brain processes information and makes decisions, including its heuristics and biases, to the application of knowledge and techniques based on neuroscience to leadership and influence.

Through an approach based on cases and practical examples, techniques supported by scientific evidence will be discussed for influencing behaviour and decision-making processes in both professional and personal contexts.

The programme includes topics such as neuroplasticity, stress and resilience, building trust, empathy and compassion, as well as a range of practical applications in the fields of communication and leadership.
